飛天小笨鯨

去了新開的台灣餐廳「尚青商號」，走進店裡便能感受到濃濃的台灣氣息，餐廳的裝潢的風格正是時下流行的文創復古風，質感好又不失親民。架子上販售許多台灣的商品，比如說小電鍋、零時、醬料，還有小時候的小豬撲滿，又可愛又懷念。

而台灣觀光協會陳列台灣旅遊雜誌的專屬書架，結合了餐廳的老虎喝珍奶及台灣黑熊(喔熊)等意象，真是太吸睛了，安慰了現下無法暢遊台灣的遺憾。

點了椒麻牛肉絲拌麵、鹹酥雞、滷娃娃菜。一開始拌麵的花椒香氣開味十足，因為不擅長吃辣，多吃兩口後，舌頭開始發麻，卻又覺得辛麻過癮。

抬頭一看，才發現餐廳已經大排長龍，慶幸自己來得早。

很開心又發現一家港式台味，是會讓人還想再來的餐廳。

Taiwanese Restaurant

I visited a new Taiwanese restaurant called Shang Ching Co. I could feel the Taiwanese atmosphere immediately when I stepped into the restaurant. The vintage interior looked fashionable. Many Taiwanese products were for sale including small TATUNG Electric Cookers, snacks and sauce. I also saw the little piggy banks which were adorable and nostalgic.

There was a book shelf with many travel books on Taiwan from Taiwan Visitors Association. That book shelf was eyes catching by mixing various images of Taiwan such as the restaurant’s mascot, a tiger drinking a bubble tea, and Taiwanese black bear.

It comforted us for the regret that we couldn’t travel to Taiwan freely nowadays.

I ordered spicy beef slice dry noodles, fried chicken and stewed cabbage. The fragrance of Sichuan pepper increased my appetite. I am not fond of spicy food, so my tongue started tingling, but it made me want to eat more. I looked around the counter, there was a long queue.

Fortunately I arrived here earlier.

It was happy to find a new Hong Kong styled Taiwanese restaurant which I would like to come to again.

台湾レストラン

「尚青商號」という新しい台湾レストランに行きました。レトロ調でおしゃれな店に入ると、台湾っぽい雰囲気を感じることができます。

多くの台湾商品が販売されています。小さな大同電気鍋、おやつ、調味料を売っています。また、昔の可愛い豚ちゃんの貯金箱があり、懐かしかったです。

台湾観光協会の台湾旅行の本が本棚で並んで、レストランのタピオカを飲むトラと台湾黒熊のイメージを融合し、とても目を引きます。今台湾で旅行ができない残念な気持ちが慰められました。

「椒麻牛肉絲拌麵」、「鹹酥雞」、「滷娃娃菜」を注文しました。花椒の香りがよく、食欲が出ていきます。辛さが苦手ですので、もっと食べたら舌がピリピリし痺れてしまったが、すっきりしました。

突然、長蛇の列を見て、早く来たのはよかったと思いました。

新しい香港式の台湾料理を見つけて、うれしいです。また行きたいレストランだと思います。
