飛天小笨鯨

托朋友的福，終於吃到了每次經過都大排長龍Bakehouse的下午茶。布莉歐法式吐司柔軟綿密，塗上香濃的起司醬，佐上酸甜的梅果及香脆的開心果，十分可口。巧克力法式千層酥，宛若小巧的精品，輕輕一刀便酥脆瓦解。招牌冰釀咖啡橙子的果香，消解了夏日暑氣。

感謝這陣子朋友掛心，大半年未見，發生了許多事情，疫情打亂生活的節奏，生命中的劇烈的變化總是那樣出乎意料，感慨無常。

深感健康平安便是福氣。

Afternoon Tea at Bakehouse 

Thank to my friend, I could finally enjoy the afternoon tea at Bakehouse which always has people waiting in a long queue. The fluffy brioche French toast, spread with cream cheese and served with berries was delicious. The chocolate mille-feuille was so exquisitely crisp and flakey. The Bakehouse cold brew had the fragrance of orange, which helped us to cool down in the hot summer. These days, I feel grateful for my friends’ concern. We haven’t meet for over half a year. Many things have happened during this period. The pandemic disturbed  the pace of life. Such dramatic changes are often unexpected. I can’t help but sigh for the life’s uncertainty.

Bakehouseのアフタヌーンティー

いつも行列ができているBakehouseという人気店のアフタヌーンティーを食べました。ふわふわしたブリオッシュ・フレンチトーストには濃いチーズクリームが塗られ、甘酸っぱいベリーや香ばしいピスタチオが添えられていて、おいしかったです。ミルフィーユを軽く切ったら、ほろほろと崩れました。ダッチ・コーヒーはオレンジの香を楽しめて、暑気を払いました。

この頃、友達が心配してくれて感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。。半年以上ぶりの再会、いろいろなことが起こりました。感染症の流行には生活のペースを乱されてしまいました。

思いがけない変化がどんどん起きてる事に、無常を感じます。

健康第一だと思います。
